Description
One of the most compact switches on the market utilizing a male 1/8 BSPT thread and two spade terminals.
They have a fixed pressure range that work to open and close the contactor in the switch when maximum pressure is reached (compressor stops) and when minimum pressure is sensed (compressor starts).
These switches have a contactor rating of 20 amps on 12 volt and must only be used when a relay or start solenoid is used.
The reason for this is that the start amps on DC compressors can be significantly higher than the amps rating the manufacturer promotes.
