Returns Policy

PCC Custom Solutions (Precision Calibration and Control Pty Ltd) will be happy to assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from our store as we understand that from time to time mistakes can be made in your ordering (whether you ordered the wrong item or ordered it by mistake). As long as the item is unused and in original condition and packaging it may be returned.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

Items must be returned strictly within 30 days from date of purchase. After this time the item return authorities will be refused.

WHERE do items need to be returned to

Returned by your courier at your cost to 11/11 Hartfoot Crescent, Edinburgh North, South Australia 5113, Australia.

HOW do customers return items?

Customers must complete a Return Authority Form and email to sales@pcccustomsolutions.com.au – you will receive a return email with this form attached along with a “RAF” (return authority form) number on it. At this point you can send your goods back, a copy of this approved form must accompany the goods being sent back.

CREDIT for returns?

Customers will be credited to the same method they used to purchase the original goods.

You do not have the right to return a product when:
• Product was sold as a clearance or reduced item.
• Damaged the product by misusing it.
• Product has developed problems due to wear and tear.
• You do not have the right to return if you are not the original purchaser.

HOW do Afterpay refunds work?

If you placed your order using Afterpay, PCC will notify Afterpay of the amounts to be refunded, which is then processed on their end. The refund amounts are taken off the last payments first. If at least one payment has been made in relation to your purchase, and the refunded amount is greater than the amount outstanding, the difference between these amounts will be refunded to the credit/debit card that is linked to your Afterpay account.

It may take your financial institution 3-5 business days to refund the money to your card.

Warranty Policy

Warranty terms do vary between items. We will attempt to deal with warranty claims quickly due to the possible inconvenience caused to the customer, however delays will occur in some instances. PCC Custom Solutions (Precision Calibration and Control Pty Ltd) is not authorised to repair or replace some items, and they may need to be shipped to be checked by manufacturers. The customer may be subject to a repair charge and a freight charge. We may be able to advise on a fix over the phone or do a simple repair locally and save on unnecessary delays and possible charges.

The price displayed for products on the website represents the full price including GST, but does not include postage/delivery charges which will depend on the destination. Please note that shipping and handling rates are calculated by a third party based upon your location and the size/weight of your order. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate. However, some inaccuracies may occur. PCC Custom Solutions (Precision Calibration and Control) may make changes in the products described, and to other content of the website, at any time without notice. All depictions contained on the Website are for illustration purposes and may only be a representation of the item. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our manufacturers. Prices are also subject to changes due to currency fluctuations and incoming freight charges. We reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our website at any time.
