Description
PVH mix and match hose kit for provent 200 and similar catch cans / oil mist separator’s commonly used in the four wheel drive and transport market.
This listing allows you to choose the hose length for each hose separately (excluding drain hose). Fitment kits can also be included with either mild steel or stainless steel hose clamps. Please see the ‘Specifications’ tab for more information.

Specifications
Main hoses
- 300mm, 500mm, 700mm, 700mm big bore and 1000mm (approx length) multi layer high pressure black silicone
- super flexible corrugated exterior yet smooth bore for increased flow with a bend radius of just under 100mm (125mm for big bore)
- 300mm, 500mm 700mm and 1000mm long hoses have internal sizes, End 1 is 25mm inside diameter, end 2 is stepped so it is 16mm inside diameter for the first 25mm then steps up to 19mm inside diameter for the rest of the hose (trim back end 2 of the hose if you require 19mm or leave if you require 16mm). For 13mm vehicles cut a piece of the drain hose and use as a hose tail spacer over the vehicle hose tail prior to fitting the main hoses
- 700mm big bore hoses have internal sizes, End 1 is 25mm inside diameter, end 2 is stepped so is 22mm inside diameter for the first 25mm then steps upto 25mm inside diameter for the rest of the hose (trim back end 2 of the hose if you require 19mm or leave if you require 16mm)
- Super high temperature at over 230 degrees Celsius
- Oil mist resistant

- Oil resistant buna rubber 13mm inside diameter drain hose
Fitment Kit (based on selection)
- 2 x solid band silicone rated hose clamps in mild steel or stainless steel (for catch can end)
- 2 x solid band silicone rated hose clamps in mild steel or stainless steel (for engine end)
- 2 x solid band silicone rated hose clamps in mild steel or stainless steel (for drain hose)
- 1 x Nickel plated brass mini 1/4″ ball valve
- 1 x Solid brass hose tail to connect drain hose to ball valve
